Never Received orders

I ordered back on December 2024, checked online showed delivered to my address.. However; I have never received the Micheal Koor pumps and the cashmere jacket. I have never expected this to happen, I called up to the UPS number on-line showed delived. The UPs customer service person told me to contacted Macy's. I called and spoke to the Macy's representative customer person told me she did corrected on my account, and will be refund back after 4 to 5 weeks. As of today, I have not seen it refund back to my account. But billed me as well as others items I ordered before Christmas. I did went ahead and paid off. I hope they will reflect my money , of not deliver to me. I had been Macy's member since my colleges day. I hope this will result out for me ,and other's who have the same issues. It's very disappointing and stressful experience . Sorry I have to give 1*

It fits true to size, I’m a 9.5. It’s a great shoe for a great price. I like that it comes in different colors. I would totally recommend it to my friends and family!

very narrow & uncomfortable

i orderd size 7 regular wich is my normal size. this shoes are very narrow & there is no enough space around the big toes & very wide around the arch & heel.
