Great features!

It a great everyday purse and great for travel. Similar to the Longchamp style but has so many more inside pockets zippered and open for easy access. Just wish the handles were more flexible.

Beautiful Work Bag and Gift!

I had recently bought this bag as a gift for one of my family members because she needed a sturdy work bag. She absolutely loved it! GREAT BAG, GREAT GIFT, GREAT INVESTMENT.

HORRIBLE purse

I purchased this purse on 02/27/19 and the handles are tearing and I have contacted Michael Kors and I have not heard back from them. I told myself not to buy another MK.

Handles shred - agree with other reviewers

I love this bag, but very disappointed in the handles.. It is perfect size and the compartments are great. But the handles began shredding almost immediately. I really love the bag, but likely WILL NOT BUY AGAIN because this flaw is known to Michael Kors and not being fixed....

Poor quality

Brought it without reading the review! I noticed the handle has poor quality. Not smooth on the shoulders. Will be returning it . Happy that Macy’s has good return policy.

Don't purchase this bag!

I have two of these totes and the handles totally disintegrated! MK wants everything but my DNA to consider "repairing" them. I'm certain they are aware of this flaw and don't stand behind their products. That's the end of my love of MK bags!!

purchased for someone

I really liked this bag! Bought for my sister for Christmas! Hoping she does not experience any unraveling of the straps as many have! Yikes! I should have read the reviews prior to purchase; however I had faith in Michael Kors being a good product!
