NEVER RECEIVED - NEVER DELIVERED !

AGAIN, Macy's, it is very difficult to rate a product when it was never delivered and never received. More options in comments of returns would be appreciated. Well, actually I would have appreciated receiving the shipment for Christmas gifts, but...... ;(
