Perfect Bag

I absolutely love this handbag! It's the perfect size, holds EVERYTHING and I don't travel light. The snakeskin pattern is neutral, it literally goes with any outfit and is seasonless ... I've been using since winter and now it's summer and it still feels fresh and appropriate. I get compliments when I carry this bag and I have never had strangers compliment my handbags before. I am in love with this perfect bag.

Not A Good Handbag

I returned this bag because after carrying it for a couple of weeks the handles began to fade. I previously ordered this same bag in brown. After a fews weeks the handles had almost completely faded. Macy's refused to do ANYTHING about it because it was a little bit pass the 30 day return policy. Even though when I contacted customer service, I was told a request for a manager to override the policy and since the bag was no longer available, my account would be credited. That Never happened and when I called to inquire about it, I was rudely told that there was NOTHING Macy's could do. I reached out directly to Michael Kors, sent them pictures, and they immediately gave me credit for the bag and I purchased another bag directly from them. I'm not happy at all with Macy's right now.

Nice Satchel. I gave three stars because for me, the darker color overpower the lighter color but I will recommend. I’m just not pleased with the color.

Perfect Size, Perfect Handbag!

This is the perfect size handbag for me and was a little bigger than I expected. The shorter straps have enough room that I can wear this on my shoulder if I had to. The Inside compartment zips closed so the items in there STAY in there even if it gets knocked over! The outside pocket is perfect for easy access to my phone. I am very picky about handbags and this one is a winner.
