Very disappointed

I got this back from Northshore mall Macys and after i came home employe who was helping me did not take security tag of the bag now I have to go back to the store with my receipt so they can take security tag , what a horrible customer service, also i was in the store looking cashier to ring me the stuff almost 10 minutes

Stunning bag that is a must have. Loved it the moment I saw it and it will be a classic for ages. Great size that works day or night. Gorgeous in the brown which is what I bought. Would love to have the white version also. :)

Misleading descriptio

The bag is beautiful but the description is totally misleading as the bag is made of plastic material, not even close to something remotely resembling leather. Not worth the price
