Versatile, cute, lightweight dress

This looks great on. A few things to be prepared for- it’s chambray, not denim, so it’s not the heavier weight of denim. It’s long but easily hemmed if you’re on the shorter side (I’m 5’4 and will be getting it hemmed) and lastly, the belt is not a great quality belt. I agree with others on that point but I have my own, so not a problem. If you’re ok with that, it’s a really cute and versatile dress that can go from day to a nice dinner out!

runs big

i ordered a size medium based on all reviews. i always wear a size small. it was huge and not fitted, also no belts came with it. it goes to show order your usual size and don't always go by reviews. now they no longer sell small, so i miss out. I'm very sad because the material is nice and light for the summer. and is also very soft. i could try and wash it and hope it shrinks in the dryer, but then i wont be able to return it. it does however run long and you cannot wear flats unless you hem it. i do wish it had pockets on each side. i am 5'5' and weight 130 lbs.

Comfy Dress

Dress is a thin Jean material but soft. I ordered it because of the sale not knowing if it would fit or not. It fits surprisingly well except for in the chest area, can I put a cami under it or something.

Do not buy

Sharp looking, modern dress

Dress is very sporty and modern looking. Runs small. I take a small or medium and the medium is snug. You may need to size up but go with the petite. Thinner denim is perfect for warmer months coming up. The belt did not come with mine, but I have a thin leather one that worked perfect.

Nice denim dress

I almost did not get this dress because of the bad reviews I read but took a chance. I'm glad I did. As others said, the belt is cheap. I have nice belts so will just use one of mine. It is also quite long (like for a 6.4" person) so I had it altered. The fabric is lightweight but not sheer so will be great for the Summer. In spite of the extra hassle, I am very happy I got it.

Runs SMALL!

When ordering, description says “true to size” and advises you to order your regular size. Don’t be fooled - this garment runs SMALL - extremely small. So disappointed!
