Stains the floor leaving black marks everywhere

I purchased these sandals online and received them on December 6, 2020. Though they are comfortable, I am sorry to say that they keep staining my light coloured tile floor. Cheap black material has been used. The strap on the right sandal has already given way slightly. Would appreciate if I could get a reimbursement of the paid amount.

Beautiful but poor quality

The design is beautiful, I love how it looks. However, the quality of the base is not what I expected. It is not the normal “slides” material. It is a cheap material that feels like after a few wears, will begin to break down. Only time will tell

Wrong pair of sandals

I got the wrong pair of sandals, I got a pair of flip flops instead! Super disappointed as these now seem to be out of stock and I sent an email and haven’t heard back yet, not happy!
