Looks nice, but heavy

While I like this purse, and seems to be of good quality, it is rather heavy. So, I'm still debating whether I keep it or return.

Never received

I never received this item. I kept checking my macys account which indicated delayed; now suddenly, the status has changed to “Delivered” which is actually “not delivered” as of today July 7, 2026. Surprisingly Macys never reported to me what happened to this item and why the status changed to “Delivered” without actually delivering this product!!!

Paid extra for 3 day shipping - on day seven now.

I would give it a zero if I could. I paid extra to get the clutch in three days. We are now at seven days and it’s nowhere to be seen.

Great except for all of the metal

Would’ve been beautiful and classy without the logo and long metal bar, ewww but nice quality bag.
