Felt flimsy

The material felt very flimsy, kind of like cardboard. Bends and dents easily. The bag I received looked beaten up, it was probably a display piece. The bag is lightweight and the gold chain is detachable.

disappointed

I ordered the bag on jan 1st, received and it never came in its original packaging plus no dust bag was there with the bag, i also noticed scratch on the MK monogram. Which i reported and they sent another bag with premium shipping. The 2nd bag also came without original packaging, dust bag was there. there was a dent on the bag. one on the flap and slight on the bottom. very disappointed with the service.
