Stiffness of the leather

Too stiff. To be such an expensive bag…the leather is hard and does not bend. Strap length not user friendly, too high and way too stiff.

Remember the delivery people make mistakes and cus

I was disappointed when read the tracker it said it was delivered but it wasn’t and when I called not even twenty minutes to let Macy’s know the young man I talked to was so nice and send out another. And then the next day I got nasty email saying it wasn’t send out to me like I was lying

I absolutely love this Handbag ❤️ It has everything I want. It's Michael Kors, Hobo Style, Snakeskin & Gold Hardware. Good Price, too. Extremely happy with my purchase.Michael Kors Bags are the best ! Macy's Employees are the best ! I had my Handbag sent to the Store. The first one was stolen. The Second one had the Tracking so messed up. It was a huge mess ! The Tracking didn't match. It was saying Return to Sender & said that it was Delivered when it wasn't. Three trips to the store before I got my Order. Everyone was so helpful in a bizarre situation. Special Thanks to the Sales Ladies, Three Managers & Katie from Customer Service. I think Marissa is the Manager's name that straightened out the original missing Order. She has long, blonde hair. So thankful to Marissa, Katie & the Employees who I don't know their Names. Extra Special Thanks ❤️
