Crisp White to Dingy White

Loved the crisp white jacket and fit. Received lots of compliments. After two dry cleanings the garment turned dingy white. I had it washed and hung dry and it’s not better. Care instructions say dry cleaning or machine wash. This was an expensive piece for it to be difficult to maintain.

I sent this back bc I wanted a lined jacket. It was made of stretch material which I believed would not hold it's structure.

Comfy but color is off and last act high.

Comfy but color is off. I expected this to match the other INC pinks of the season but it is darker … not as bright. I had already bought the black and white and love the fit and comfort so thought I’d spice up my wardrobe with the pink. Sad to say the last act price was higher than the sale prices throughout the season. It’s very disingenuous to do mail order as last act and not returnable.

Macy’s Lack of Customer Service

I ordered this jacket online and waited for delivery. After a few days, I logged into my account to find that my order had been cancelled without any notice to me. I needed the jacket for a function I was attending and was disappointed that I would not be receiving it and was not notified. This review is not about the blazer, but about Macys.
