Thin and flimsy

I couldnt wait to get this dress. I was so excited by the look ready to wear to work. However when I opened it up from the box, it was nothing like the picture. The material is flimsy, like a cheap polyester stretchy material. In addition, the look is nothing like the picture. The little flowers are actually much bigger than in the picture, it is making me dizzy. Something out of the 60's if you like that look...
