Navy not black. Gold came off in 1 wear.

I love the look of the dress but it’s navy & gold not black. Problem is, only wore the dress one time for maybe two hours & was really embarrassed the gold foil just came off in multiple areas (sleeve, skirt, back of the neck). It’s silver underneath. Very noticeable against the other colors. I took the dress to be cleaned and they wouldn’t touch it saying if the color came off already than for sure more will come off. I’ve returned it as damaged. Said if can’t accept it they’ll return it to me. Paid the full price. Hope they accept it. Wish was made better cause I loved how it looked.
