Disappointment in Return Process

Given that I've only worn these shoes 3 times and now the zipper is broken I am soooo disappointed. Took them to a shoe repair and was informed that the zipper cannot be repaired because of the way the shoe is made. A longer return time should be considered when things of this magnitude is encountered. So disappointed because I feel I've lost my hard earned money.

Poor quality

Very nice looking boots. However after wearing them only a few times, the zipper broke! Sending them back.

Stiff as cardboard

I was excited to order these boots because of the smaller calf circumference. I have skinny calves (about 12.5 in) and I'm tired of scouting for decent looking boots that are made to fit people with skinning calves, so when I found this pair, I was so relieved. However, the "leather" is stiff as cardboard and appears sort of cheap looking. I'm hoping they will become softer and more comfortable after a few wears. Also, at 5"1, the shaft falls at an angle just below my knees, and leaves an awkward gap between my legs & the boots. I'm keeping them just cause I don't wanna deal with returns, but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Love these boots

I have thin calves and the fit is perfect very comfortable for all day all night. Very happy with these boots

Runs small

I love these boots! They run small and I have the skinniest legs this side of KY, and they are tight in the calf. Great for me but I could see it to be a problem for most.

Calves too tight

Cheap material for an expensive boots, I have many MK boots and I loved them not these ones

I Pair of Boots received 2 different sizes

I ordered a Size 10 and received 1 Size 10 boot and 1 size 9 boot ( the 9 had scuff marks on the side of it ) . I tried on the size 10 and it wouldn’t even zip , then tried on the 9 size Boot and that’s when I realized they are 2 different sizes !! Plus the scuff marks on the 9 . I buy plenty of higher end Boots and have Never had a Fitting problem, much less being sent 2 different sizes . Macy’s really dropped the ball on this order . My last order I even had items missing. Something is going on with Macy’s cause I’ve never had these kind of problems with them before, in store or online!!

runs small

The boot is beautiful but runs very small. Although I ordered the correct size, I could barely fit my foot in the boot and could not zip it up.
