Style Is Beautiful

I didn't like the length on me. I'm 5'2 105#s. This skirt came almost to my ankles. I ordered it in XS. I didn't like the smocked waistband. I'm short-waisted and the skirt came almost up to the edge of my bra because the waistband is so wide. I think this skirt would be beautiful on someone taller or someone that isn't short-waisted.
