poorly made

I purchase this purse because I love the color and it matches my Michelle kore tote bag but it's so difficult to put my ID in and once it's go in I can't take it back out and don't even talk about put my credit cards in there's a big problem getting them out especially having nails it hurts when trying to take it out,my husband even tried to take out my ID/driver's license and it's stuck imagine if I got pulled over by the police and I have to take my driver's license out I'm screwed..I love the purse and also the color but I'm so disappointed of MKS poorly designed and made..
