Pretty stylish bag

I received mine today (Brown/mulberry). It’s beautiful and has lots of pockets. My 13.5 inches laptop fits nicely in it. I did not receive the dust bag either like previous reviewer. Not sure if I should call customer care or check in the store.

The bag is very pretty!

I just received mine and the bag is very pretty but if I am not mistaken, I thought it includes a dust bag I don't have it mine.

Nice style but too stiff

I wanted to like this bag. Nice, midsize tote, but it was extremely stiff and not comfortable on the shoulder and seemed like it wouldn’t break in or ever be comfortable. Older style totes are softer and more comfortable. Returned.
