Very difficult to open and close. So sad!

Pretty, and pretty useless

Love the look, but the bag is almost impossible to use, it’s so stiff and difficult to open. I kept it in the hopes that it would stretch abs become a little more malleable with use, but it’s not looking that way. In fact, I tend to leave the two main compartments unzipped because it’s so hard to open and close.
