Texture of the hard body is really nice. The material covering inside is soft to touch.

Obviously a fragile purchase. Love it. Classy. In fact I love the texture of the suitcase. I always carry it with care, always as hand luggage. Not to be overly loaded.

Bad product

Very irritated that the wheel just fell off and it has barley been used. As a very loyal customer I'm shocked by this and out almost 400 dollars......

Poor Packaging

I received this luggage in very poor packaging. There was no padding added to protect the item. The luggage is not as advertised. The advertisement shows a small circular MK logo, but the one I received does not have it. I have a concern about the quality of the luggage as well. I don’t think this is a durable luggage. Please see the attached photos.
