Great Bag, BAD packing!

I didn't have an issue with the purse so much as I did with Macy's and their packaging of it. It's obvious this was a return. Normally you don't get a MK bag just stuffed in a box, with another piece of cardboard to keep it from bouncing around. All of the nice wrapping and tissue paper was not included. Just a couple pieces in the pockets. I was a little disappointed. It shouldn't matter if I purchase a bag on sale or not - I should get it as I do from the MK store. And I may just buy all of my bags from them. Had there been any scratches to the bag I would have returned it!!

Big Enough to Hold Everything I Need When Travelling

I haven't used this bag yet so I can't provide a lot of detail, but it looks beautiful. I took 1 star off because the bag doesn't close completely, but I also knew that before I bought it.
