Used

As soon as I opened the package, I immediately thought of returning it right away. The bag has a pen mark and the gold metal buttons on the bottom were scratched. Seems it has been used few times and returned after. Disappointing.

Perfect size and nice soft leather

Love the color and it feels very smooth and comfortable. It's smaller than I thought but it fits all my essentials. I took 2 stars off coz it appeared to be a returned item with loose packaging. There's a pin hole on the side and some scratch marks on the lock and the four studs :(

gorgeous vertical quilting with many compartments!

I appreciate how easy is to organize and find your belongings inside the the backpack with the three compartments and the vertical quilting is classic with a twist, love the high quality hardware it is a great backpack!
