sleeves too short

I'm 5'7, 132 lbs, and ordered the Medium. The sleeves were too short. The material is a bit thinner than expected. And not sure I really liked the rear flap or not. Overall it's nice enough, just overpriced. Had to return due to the sleeves; I think a size large would just be too big around the chest/waist.
