Comfortable, But Narrow Calf and Inability to Tuck

I really appreciate the comfort of the boots. They are nice and roomy in the toe box. Additionally, I like the full zipper on the boots which aids in the ease of getting them on or taking them off. However, one issue I have with the boots are that they are a little narrow in the calf. Another issue that I have with them is that you cannot put jeans or pants inside the boots because of the fabric backing of the boot (i.e. the boot shafts are not wholly leather). Overall, they are still a nice buy and I am glad I purchased these MK boots.

Dissatisfied and disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The boots arrived in terrible condition, looking visibly worn, as if someone had used them and returned them. To make matters worse, the packaging was completely torn and damaged, making it clear that Macy’s didn’t bother to inspect or repackage the item properly before reselling it. Unfortunately, I was out of the country when they were delivered, so I wasn’t able to check them immediately. By the time I returned and saw the state they were in, it was too late to process a return. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to receive what should have been a brand-new product in such a poor state. I expected better quality control from Macy’s and am incredibly disappointed with this experience.
