Strap keeps sliding down

Like the color of these flats. Slingbacks fit comfortably, but it’s a no for the strap that won’t stay up.

I purchased the red, black, pale gold and orangey color don't have them in front of me right now. Not the correct name color my them. I hate that man made material was so glad to see a genuine leather shoe I'm purchasing them in every color. I know I will have them for a long time. I have looked at cute shoes then look on the inside of the shoe and not purchase them because they were man made. I love the sling back and I have a bad heel so I'm not wearing the sling back heels so much. These are perfect. I can dress them up or down. The pale gold solded out so fast. I wasn't the only one that fell in love with them. Was just able to find a pair at macy's in new jersey this past saturday. Went to macy's they printed me out a receipt of the stores that was only showing 1 which it was about 10 stores. I started calling last week. Had problems getting my calls to go through. So tried this Saturday. Wasn't easy but I found a couple pairs. I only needed 1 pair. I'm so very happy. Wanted this pair 2nd after the red pair. I'm in love. I'm like shoe crazy. First place I go when I walk into a store is the shoe depart. I love macy's shoes only store I order from. I know I'm going to get good quality. I haven"t worned these shoes yet. Just walked around the house in them. I know some people said they were uncomfortable. Didn't have them on long but I didn't feel any discomfort at all. And I purchased a 7 instead of a 7 1/2 what I normally wear. That was recommend but some people said they run true to size. They didn't for me.

Received used floor sample shoes

Complet Disappointment as shoes received were the floor sample. As a customer, you expect to receive for what you pay: NEW PRODUCT… not an used one.
