Unable to return!!!

these shows did not picture the look of the shoe. They are very different than the picture and can not be wornThey are ugly! I want to return them but I am not able to because I didn't realize they were a final sale.

The Crackled Leather Flats are really pretty and the gold color is super cute

The Crackled Leather Flats are really pretty. However, the shoes have a bit of an Aladdin-shoe vibe due to the very pointy toe, which makes them feel a bit uncomfortable to wear.
