Unknown quality and Poor customer service

I would love to give you a review on my Michael Kors scarf and hat set, but I never received it and after calling and inquiring about my not receiving the item, I was told I would get a refund. However, I used Macy’s money and cash and I never got my $ 40.00in Macys money back, and I still never received the item.
