Fits horribly. Huge and too thick with the cuff.

Too tight

This hat was a beautiful color and quality BUT because they double cuffed it there were three layers around the base over the ears in a tight weave and it makes the hat ver very uncomfortable. I will have to return the hat and the scarf.

The hat is pretty warm, but a little too big for someone with a smaller head shape. Still a good buy.
