canceled order

5 days after placing the order I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. Very disappointed.

I did not want to even give one star rating.

Ordered shoes to have sent to store for pick up. As of yesterday. Still checked on status of shoe order it stated still processing to be sent to store. When I look online today to check status it stated, item was picked up on January 17th and returned and account was refunded... strange since yesterday it was still processing to be sent to store.
