BAD

I bought the shoes and went back two days later because the size I got was too small. The people at the counter were extremely rude and refused to accept the shoes for an exchange, even though I clearly hadn’t worn them and I have the photos to prove it. I’ll be filing a claim with the bank since I found their behavior very disrespectful.
