Low Quality

Jacket was spoilt with just one machine wash, fur is out. cotton/fur side the coat is totally displaced. Followed all the instructions, gentle cycle and separate cold wash. Very disappointed with the brand as well. I request refund for this item, as this is unusable.

Perfect winter coat

This is my favorite winter coat! It's lightweight but still keeps me warm in cold climates. I get lots of compliments about the way this coat fits me- it is great for curvy/pear-shaped people

Puffer coat for dress or casual

I really enjoyed my first puffer coat this winter. Bought it in black for dressy but have also worn it with jeans. Super Warm. Have not washed yet - short Minnesota winter 2023-2024!

This coat is awesome I love it I have 2 green and light brown very warm and comfortable looking to buy a black one NXT year

Poorly made

I bought it thinking that it’s MK. It’s MK made in Vietnam. Very light weight. Cotton/feather already coming out through the seams. Would not recommend at all. I didn’t use it immediately. Was keeping it for a while , so couldn’t return the product. I never thought Macy’s would sell counterfeit products like this. Even Ross/ Burlington has better reputation these days.
