Not worth the hassle

This shoe does not support well around the ankle area. I tried to return the shoe and the associate gave me the worst time. She told me that she could not return the shoe and to call customer service for help. I had such an unsatisfactory experience with Macy’s, I didn’t even bother! Buyer be aware of all fine print when buying online.
