Michael Kors slip ons

Macy's sent me the wrong shoe. I think Macy's ran out of the shoe I ordered so Macy's sent me a similar shoe different style so I sent them back. I called customer service and they agreed to send me the correct shoe but never did. It seemed like both pairs of shoes had the same sku number.
