used dirty shoes

I received used shoes. Apparently no one checks returned products before they ship them back out to another customer. I would have been so embarrassed to give these dirty shoes as a gift. I will be returning them. Hopefully they don't get sent out to another customer.

Disappointed

Macy's sent a used pair of shoes which literally developed trust issues. I never received such items from Macy's & always shopped with high confidence as each item ever purchased was a blast. This pair shook me & I am so saddened. I'm returning them 😵‍💫 cz they're not worth the price.

LOVE THIS KEATON SLIP ON

These MK shoes are pretty in color (ballet) almost like a light pink, the design and the fit is just perfect which is size 6m. The zipper makes it more attractive. I did not have any issue zipping it up and down. Love my new MK slip on, it’s comfortable as I’ve tried them on when received. Love the price also, was on sale. Thank you Macy’s and to the one who packed my order, you did an awesome job!!!

Fan of MK SHOES

I love MK sneakers. The last pair with the zipper front are nice. They do not fit as snugly as my other MK sneakers and seem to be wider than I’d like. Since I don’t wear them for sports I am keeping them. Also, it seems the ordinary fancy sneakers I usually buy are not as readily available, being replaced with teeny bopper high tops and other youth oriented styles. Please don’t forget your mainstream clients. We have the means to buy whatever we want and if you no longer can satisfy our needs there are othered who can…
