Not Leather

Description is wrong. It is not leather, and you will feel it too. It is stamped PU. Google confirms this means Polyurethane meaning PLASTIC. Hurts between the toes.

Cute but uncomfortable and cheap made-material.

I recently got these sandals. It came in its shoe box. However, the box had a strong smell of chemical. I can’t figure it out what chemical it is but it smells like gasoline and cheap plastic. The sandals look so cute. I tried them on for a day but the strap between my toes hurts. I couldn’t walk in a normal pace. I had to walk slow and not lifting my feet too much. The espadrille fringes seemed to be coming apart. There are a couple loose espadrille threads on the right shoe.

Charged a week ago but not shipped yet

My card was charged on the 12th and today is the 19th. My sandals have not been shipped. I called customer service and was told that I should received it within 24 hrs. That was 4 days ago. Tracking number says that UPS still does not have the item. I am disappointed with Macy's customer service for not giving me accurate information regarding shipment and also for Macy's charging my account and shipping.
