very poor quality

I used or wore it for the the very first time last Tuesday May 21,2024 during my flight from Germany to the US. Only thing it had was my passport, boarding pass and phone. When I got to my friend’s after a day of traveling, I noted how the right side of the strap is already falling apart like seriously?!. I missed the return window but I feel like Ii deserve a replacement or a refund!

Got it in silver and love it.. Perfect for when at the casino !! What I got it for.. Held my wallet, vape, lipstick and few other things.. Can wear it across your chest or as intended .
