Macy's and UPS Disappointment

These shoes were supposed to be delivered to me on 7/10/25. Since they weren't delivered on that date, I checked the UPS tracking and the shoes have been at the UPS Newark, DE location since 7/10/25, with no further updates as of today, 7/16/25. I contacted UPS who could provide no explanation, except to tell me to contact Macy's. I contacted Macy's (could not speak to a live person) requested a reshipment. I was told they had to investigate and could take up to 11 days before I could receive the shoes. I am totally disappointed in UPS and Macy's.
