HORRIBLE SHIPPING!!!

It took 2 weeks to arrive and then arrived shoved in a plastic RIPPED bag that had been re-taped. Cream colored scarf was damaged and dirty. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service and had to then PAY for the replacement and WAIT for a refund on the damaged one. STILL waiting on refund and new scarf. I’ll never order anything from Macys again. They should be ashamed of themselves!
