Used boots with a nail on the sole

Horrible USED BOOTS WITH A NAIL ON THE SOLE! Omg I can’t believe Macys is refusing a return when they sent me this boots with a safety issue! A NAIL ON THE Sole!! WHAT?!?! This is the most terrible experience buying from Macys! This Used boots are not what I paid for!
