Flats

Ordered the flats on line and was never told it was a final sale. They arrived the other day and I tried them on. They are nice but too big. I asked for a return label and it came up final sale cannot be returned. That’s the first time I saw that. I am a long time customer of Macy’s and have never had this problem. Very upset. Who can I contact to straighten this out
