I, order this shoe in a size 8.5W. Received my package and the shoes was not as indicated, according to the size, I, happened to look inside the shoes, they wete an 8.5M. Could, not get a replacement. What, happened with Customer Satifaction? Maybe, false advertisement

Uncomfortable

These are pretty but that’s about it. They aren’t very flexible and hit your legs in different areas when walking.

Feeling disrespected by Macys customer service

Today ends my relationship with Macys, this item was purchased on Feb 1st today being the 15th I have not received my item. I called customer service today and was refused information about my order on three occasions, when asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold. You to this point I have not receive my item and no information is forthcoming. To be continued

True to size

Introduced myself to M.K. and bought about 6 pair. My feet suddenly wanted 1 1/2 size more in room. Couldn't wear any of my shoes or boots. I was lucky to get the very nice sale prices that were offered during the holidays. Tried other brands but none were better than M.K. Initially the reviews had me very confused on sizing. Most people saying the were too small somewhere. I found them to be very true to size. Let's face it leather is being replaced and I do not like the fabric ones. This manmade is attractive, sturdy and comfortable.

Hard Material.

Love the color and design. However it's hard fake material. Not comfortable to walk in. Large in the calves as well. I ended up returning them and purchasing some Lucky Brand real leather boots that I love.

Disappointed...

The boots were a Christmas gift for my Fiancée. I ordered her size and she was really surprised that they are so tight! The definitely run small - that was disappointing. Hopefully I can exchange them. If so, I will revisit this review at that time...
