Had to return let it charge for 24hrs as directed and item still did not turn on!

Faulty Unit and Bad Customer Service

My purchase aunt purchased this unit as a late Christmas Gift on January 25th and picked it up from the Deerbrook Mall store on February 6th. I attempted to charge the unit on March 15th without any luck. I left the unit plugged for 48 hrs and the unit still did not charge. I contacted Macy's but they did not want to exchange the item because it was 7 days passed the 30 day refund policy. After 4 phones calls and over a hour on the phone Macy's finally agreed to a refund when all I wanted was an exchange. Although I appreciate the refund it required to much effort for a customer that spends thousands of dollars a year with Macy's.
