Do not buy this product

Purchased this and tried to use it the first time and it did not work at all and when I tried to return it I was told I can't return it

Disappointed!!

I purchased and was excited to use.... adaptor quit charging about a month later ... husband tested it and it no longer was sufficient ....was great for a month... definitely not worth the money . ☹️

So disappointed

I purchased 3 of these this past Christmas. One for myself, one of my daughter and for my Mother. Of course , the one purchased for me would not charge. Could not find the receipt but did use my Macy's account. I then noticed it stated not to bring to the store , send back to the company. Very disappointed and with no receipt , I felt as though it would be a waste of my time repacking and reshipping. I have always been satisfied with my purchases from Macy's until this purchase. I will read the fine print a little more carefully next time.

Fantastic device

Never used or had this done before. Face was peach fuzz clear and very soft. This device is so very easy to use. Took no time at all

Does not charge

Took it out of the box and tried to charge. It does not charge (the light doesn't even turn on indicating charge/not charge). Can't even contact macy's customer service.

Never tried

Finally received my Michael Todd Dermaplaning system. Charged wand and it got extremely hot then never charged the battery. Contacted the 1-800 number because of the Covid my calls were not answered.... Just a message to email. ?? Returned to the store.

Adequate but Cannot Compare to a Blade

I is very easy to use, and there is no chance of cutting yourself. However, it cannot compare to a blade. There is still slight peach fuzz on my face, and there are some random longers hairs that remained. I had to pluck a few. I don't think it's worth the price

Stop charging

After having hard time to charge, now the machine does not work anymore. It is showing a green light in the charger, but when you push the button to start using the machine, it doesn't turn on. Very disappointed.
