Awful Experience

Shirt arrived with a black stain/smudge on it. Customer service couldn’t really help, said I’d have to purchase a new shirt and wait up to two weeks for a refund on this shirt after it’s received back and “expedited” shipping would take a week.

Poor inspection of defective shirt

It had to be returned as the wing collar was defective (poor manufacturing). To make matter worse, this shirt had been opened by someone else, returned (due to the defect) and resold to me as new.

Tough to see which collar shirt has
