Miele Vacuum Canister C1 Best vacuum ever.

Miele Vacuum C1 works as promised. This is way more powerful than Dyson. With two filters systems that prevent particles to be back in the air. I love it. This is the best vacuum that I have ever owned.

Suction power is impressive!

I had a Hoover vacuum cleaner for years. This by FAR surpasses it!! Its sucking power is impressive. My carpets have never been cleaner and the HEPA air purification works super well. No more dust swirls in the air after vacuuming! AND....it is much more quiet than my Hoover was. When turning it on I sometimes think I didn't press the button firmly enough- no....it just stars up that quietly and by the time you're done vacuuming you don't have a headache from all the noise. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good so far

So far I like the new vacuum ok but two things I don’t like. The floor attachments for carpet is sticky. It doesn’t glide smoothly over carpet like my old powered one. Also the hose to the unit popped off once when I was pulling it along. It doesn’t seem very secure. I may consider returning it if I can find another vacuum tha is more solid and has a powered carpet head.

Look no further…this is the one you want!

In 1978, my husband brought home a Compact vacuum, which I thought was quite expensive at the time. He was a serious appreciator of quality machines of all types and just bought it! I used it for a total of 25 years. When the motor got tired, our son replaced it…yes, he has the same abilities his dad had. I loved that sleek little vacuum! It was inadvertently tossed during a move…then I saw this Miele and hoped for the best…it is! As another review said, “Look no further, this is the one you want!”

1967 us army barracks, Germany. We had seven old canister Melie vacuum cleaners which were used in 30 two person rooms. They got us through many room inspections. A Meile vacuum repair person would come at least 3 times a year to service the machines. At the time, I thought what a novel idea to have after sale service. Now at 80 years old, I have a new vacuum. I don't think I will see a service person come out to my home, but I believe the quality of those old machines will have transferred to this new one. So Meile, Thank you. By the way, I live near Death Valley in California, so this new machine will get an extreme work out. Tom Pollock
