Brielle dinnerware

As previous reviews have stated, be careful if ordering this set. The color is nice and the size of the dishes was just right for me, but I had two coffee cups to crack and decided to return it. Fortunate I had the mug on the counter when I added the hot water to my tea. If I had been holding the mug near me, the hot liquid would have scalded me. I honestly think this set should be pulled. Someone is going to get injured..... (Remember McDonalds hot coffee suit!)

Terrible and Dangerous

2 of the mugs I received cracked after pouring coffee into them, in fact burning a family member which resulted in a trip to the urgent care. Mikasa should pull these from production and notify anyone who who has purchased this set.

Won't buy again

Quality is terrible. Runs and bubbles in the paint. Chipped or rough edges on the plates and bowls. Worst of all, 3 of the mugs have already cracked from coffee. I'm afraid to put any hot drink in the mugs unless I'm over the sink!

Chip when placing in cabinet. First dish I ever had to chip on me. Do not recommend this brand!

To thin

Bought 3 sets, down dinner 4 plates, 2 salad plates, 2 bowls and 2 cups - in 3 months! Despite being called "stoneware" it is thin and breaks/ chips in the dishwasher and sink (with a few plates stacked on it). I do NOT recommend this set.
