NOT original Mikasa Antique White

This is NOT the same as the Mikasa Antique White China I bought 19 years ago. The plates are heavier, design is chunkier and inconsistent. Does not match my set. Disappointed. Going to return.

Look cheap, they are heavy

The newer Antique white dishes by Mikasa are not the same as the ones I bought about 15 to 18 years ago. Now this plates are thicker, heavier and the design around the rim is uneven and faded. They look like a cheap version of the original. I returned them.

Antique White 40 pieces dinner set….

I recently purchased the Antique White 40 pieces place setting 8. The pieces were all in good shape. The only thing is that I was expecting it will be thin like bone china but it is not. Still i like the dinner set.

Antique White 5 piece place settings.

I recently purchased the Antique White 5 piece place setting (x4). The pieces were all in good shape. The only thing is that when I compared the dishes to the 8 settings I have owned for years, the edges of some of the pieces were slightly different from the original set I own. Not enough to return the purchase, but enough to be a little disappointed.
