Disappointed. Bad Quality

I purchased to replace a broken plate. My old plate was a lovely everyday china. Light and beautiful with rich feeling. Mikasa has changed from a high quality product to a low quality product. My new plate is made from porcelain and is very heavy and clunky. Shame on you Mikasa for lowering your standards.

NOT THE SAME!!!

Bring back the original style!!!! Why did you change it and call it the same thing???? That's not ok to do. Current offering does NOT match the original pattern exactly, the trim is different, plates are thicker, heavier, and not oven or freezer safe anymore. I expect more from a name brand like Mikasa. If I want cheap and inconsistency I'll shop discount stores and pay a lot less.

These are not the same

I just received my order. I had a full set bought around 2007 and wanted a few more dinner and salad plates to fill out my set. These are way heavier and clunky. They almost seem like a knock off compared to my previous set. My previous set was Ultima + HK 400 Antique White and this one says on the bottom just Mikasa Antique White. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

The plates I received are

The plates I received are a close match to those I currently have but are thicker and heavier. Having previously ordered and received bowls that matched perfectly I was dissappointed the plates are not a perfect match.

I bought two to replace

I bought two to replace some chipped dinner plates in my set. I noticed the plates felt different, and were heavier than my original ones. It turns out that these are porcelain, but not the fine china ones I had. But the match is perfect
