Missing plates

While the plates themselves are beautiful, I unfortunately was only delivered 1 set when I was charged for 2. Despite confirmation from UPS that I was only shipped a single box, Macy's has so far not sent me a second set or reimbursed me. I have had a very bad experience with their customer service, they have been difficult to reach and unresponsive. I would recommend buying these plates, but from another store if at all possible as unfortunately my experience has been similar to other customers who received damaged products and missing items.
