Mikasa dinnerwareJ

I was disappointed in the quality of the Mikasa dinnerware. There were visible bubbles and dents in the finish which I believe resulted from the finishing of the glaze. I have ordered a set from Villeroy and Bauch and hoping it is better made. Macys has been wonderful as usual in helping me find the right product for me. Fast shipping, easy returns and the best prices. I really miss not having a store that has the products on hand to see in person.

In love with them.

Love them. Look nicer in person. Although I was expecting them to be Mikassa brand, but I still enjoy them.

Met/exceeded Expectations.

As presented, the pieces are substantial in weight as desired. Colors as depicted on line did not quite meet expectations and are basically black and light brown without any orange tones, but for us that was ok. Overall very pleased with the purchase as they add a nice dimension to our daily living

Great dinnerware set. Good quality and delivery had no problem. Not one broken item. They packed it very well and the delivery person didn't drop it.
