I love the look of
I love the look of this set. I thought the bowls might be too shallow to be useful but have found that I love them. I also really enjoy the oversized mugs.

Terrible Quality Dishes
When my Mikasa Hampton Bays became reduced through breakage, I thought it time to get a new set. We settled on Mikasa Swirl service for 12. What started out a pretty, understated set, has not held up well over the years - the dishes and bowls have crazed creating an unattractive appearance. They have not held up very well. Finally tired of looking at them and getting new dishes. My Corelle dishes still look brand new (we use them in the Microwave.)

Lovely but disappointing
The dishes are pretty. I really like. But won’t stack in dishwasher. Fall over on next plate so dont clean well. Seem to chip very easy. First week and I have chipped cup and plate
There is no price low enough for these dishes
Unless you plan to use plastic flatware, stay away from these dishes. When you use them you will have to scrub off the unattractive metal markings caused by your flatware. The company recommends various cleaners and procedures to remove the marks, but warns that this will not prevent the same thing from recurring because the metal marking is a condition that can occur on any glazed ceramic product.
